The house is built on a single ground floor. It is divided into three large, comfortable double bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a living room with a modern, fully-equipped, adjoining kitchen with access and views of the garden and pool.

All rooms have views of the surroundings of the estate and access to the garden. In the house you will find two rooms with one double bed (150x200cm) and one room with two single beds (90x200cm). Each room is bright, spacious and cosy. They also have a large built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Next to the rooms, you will find two fully equipped bathrooms. In one you will find a bathtub to relax in and in the other a practical shower.

On the other side of the house is the spacious, open and cosy living room, as well as the attached dining room with ceiling fan. In the living room you will find a 42" TV with access to a Netflix account (free service) and international channels. In addition, you will have at your disposal a large 100W bluetooth loudspeaker. Throughout the living room and the house you will have high-speed wifi access.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find everything you need for your meals: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, water kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and American coffee maker.

In the outdoor area next to the kitchen and the living room, you will find a perfect terrace to enjoy the outdoors. A dining table and a small chill-out space are part of the terrace. In the back of the house, in an outside hallway, you'll also find a handy washing machine and iron.

The large garden has 1.500m2 of natural grass and has recreational elements: a large swimming pool, a mini-tennis court and a great barbecue. The swimming pool (salt) has large dimensions (8x5m and 0.5-1.80m deep) and is perfect for sports or to relax with friends.

Other thing to note:

Guests have access to the entire property, except for the garage which is for the use of the cleaning staff. In addition, guests will be able to park their car inside the property.

The house is located 200 meters from the Ma-13 highway.

There is a video surveillance system that controls access and exit from the finca.
